Domestic shipping within Singapore is free on all orders.

DUTIES & TAXES

Singapore and Hong Kong Orders
Orders delivered within Singapore and Hong Kong are not subject to import duties or taxes.

Thailand Orders
Orders shipped to Thailand follow two duty structures:

• Orders above ฿8,000: all import duties and taxes are covered by Balcone. 

• Orders below ฿8,000: customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges. Standard shipping and return rates apply. 
  

* Shipping fees are not included in product prices. Orders above ฿8,000 qualify for free shipping; orders below ฿8,000 are subject to a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.

International Orders
Orders shipped outside Singapore and Hong Kong include import duties, taxes, or other customs charges [see the Thailand section for orders section above for more detail]. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Balcone. Any applicable fees will be determined by the customs authority in the destination country upon the shipment’s arrival and must be paid directly before the order can be released for delivery.

- For Thailand orders above ฿8,000, duties and taxes are covered by Balcone.
- For Thailand orders below ฿8,000, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and standard shipping rates apply.
- For all international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other customs charges, except for Thailand orders above ฿8,000, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
- For all international orders, returns are subject to a flat fee of SGD 40, which covers shipping, handling, and all applicable import duties and taxes to our warehouse. Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges to the courier.
- Shipping fees are not included in product prices and will be displayed at checkout.

Orders Delivered Outside of Singapore & Hong Kong
Import duties, taxes, and other customs charges are non-refundable. These fees are paid to government authorities upon import and cannot be reclaimed by Balcone. Please review all charges carefully before completing your purchase to avoid unexpected costs.

   For Thailand orders above ฿8,000, all import duties and taxes are covered by Balcone. For Thailand orders below ฿8,000, as well as Hong Kong and other international destinations, orders are shipped on a non-DDP basis. Duties and taxes are not included in the product price and may be charged by the destination customs authority upon arrival. For returns, a flat fee of SGD 40 applies to all international orders (including Hong Kong, Thailand, and Indonesia). This fee covers shipping, handling, and all applicable import duties and taxes back to our warehouse, so customers will not be required to pay any additional charges to the courier.

7. Are the import duties, taxes, and other customs charges included in the prices of the products at Balcone Store for international orders?
